Account Transfers & Security

Upon purchase completion and full payment verification:

Credentials and admin access to the requested digital assets will be transferred via our secure delivery channel.
It is the customer’s responsibility to immediately update backup contact details, security credentials, and admin permissions as instructed upon transfer.
Verified API Store is not responsible for unauthorized access or security breaches occurring after successful asset delivery and handover.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use any assets purchased from Verified API Store for:

Illegal activities, fraudulent practices, or deceptive marketing schemes.
Distributing malicious software, spam, or prohibited goods under Meta and WhatsApp policies.
Any activity that deliberately triggers immediate system bans or circumvents security measures in bad faith.

Limitation of Liability

Verified API Store provides digital assets “as is” at the time of delivery. While we guarantee functional delivery based on listing specifications:

We are not liable for ad account suspensions, daily spend limit changes, or Business Manager bans caused by post-delivery campaign setups, rejected creative content, or Meta system algorithm updates.
In no event shall Verified API Store be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad campaign downtime or revenue loss.

Refunds & Replacements

All purchases are subject to our [Refund & Replacement Policy]. Issues present upon initial delivery (Dead on Arrival) must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of credential transfer to be eligible for replacement.
